All products are shipped from the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom has now left the European Union and this seen an end to the free trade agreement as we know it. This now means our customers within the EU will have duties and taxes to pay on top of their purchase, which are not part of your The Shirt Store Invoice and are to be paid by you upon entry of your destination country.

USA & REST OF THE WORLD

All products are shipped from the United Kingdom. It is important to note that you may have to pay customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your The Shirt Store invoice. The Shirt Store is unable to predict these charges and we recommend contacting your local importing office.  

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

Return an item within our 14 day returns period for a refund, exchange or credit note, whichever you prefer. Just make sure the item is returned to us in a re-saleable condition.  See our full Returns Policy for further details.

XMAS RETURNS

All orders placed after the 23rd October 2023 can be returned for a refund or exchange providing the items are returned back to us by the 8th January 2024. 

In a re-saleable condition (must be returned with its original tag still on, unworn, unwashed and returned in the original packaging).
