Free Exchanges

Return an item within our 14 day returns period for a refund, exchange or credit note, whichever you prefer. Sale or clearance items can be returned within the same period for a credit to your E-wallet balance. Just make sure the item is returned to us in a re-saleable condition. We offer a free one time exchange service to UK customers, so if you find you need a different size or prefer a different colour we'll be happy to post out a new item free of charge. Just send the item you'd like exchanged back to us by secure post to the address provided on the returns form and provide details of the new item you would like.

Exchanges are posted on a standard delivery service 2-3 Working Days using Royal Mail.
