The world is our oyster. Or so we like to think. We'd like to embrace the whole of it, but things are not that simple. The countries we aim to deliver to can be found on the drop down next to the shipping option at the checkout stage.
Orders must be placed and authorised before 5pm to qualify for same day dispatch.
We currently use DPD to dispatch all orders.

All products are shipped from the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom has now left the European Union and thus seen an end to the free trade agreement as we know it. This now means our customers within the EU will have duties and taxes to pay on top of their purchase, which are not part of your The Shirt Store Invoice and are to be paid by you upon entry of your destination country.
USA & REST OF THE WORLD
All products are shipped from the United Kingdom. It is important to note that you may have to pay customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your The Shirt Store invoice. The Shirt Store is unable to predict these charges and we recommend contacting your local importing office.
DO YOU ALWAYS MEET YOUR DELIVERY TIMESCALES?
We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control. Orders placed and approved by 3 pm will be dispatched that same day.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER COMES OVER TWO DELIVERIES - AM I EXPECTED TO PAY POSTAGE TWICE?
No, you only pay one lot of postage per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you. However if you place a particularly large or bulky/heavy order for overseas, we may in some cases contact you regarding shipping costs.
WHAT IF I'M NOT IN WHEN YOU MAKE A DELIVERY?
Don't worry. The nice man or woman who delivers your order will leave a card saying they've called, but no one was at home. You will be able to go online at Royal Mail to rearrange your delivery.
CAN I HAVE FREE POSTAGE ON MY ORDER?
We know you all like free postage and we do offer it as part of a promotion from time-to-time but it is not an automatic 'right' for every customer. Look out for regularly offers and discounts by registering and signing up to our Newsletter.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED?
For seller protection reasons we can only ship to the address you provide when placing your order. We can not take liability for an item lost or undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address being provided. In such cases we suggest you contact the courier to re-arrange delivery to the correct address. Or alternatively we can wait for the parcel to be returned to us by the courier and then arrange to have it shipped out again. Please be aware additional postage charges will incur if we re-ship.
